Fosshótel Vatnajökull is a popular 3 star comfort tourist class hotel situated in Southeast Iceland. It's just about 10 km west of Höfn and is surrounded by glaciers and beautiful mountains.

The hotel has 26 standard rooms with shower/WC, television and a phone.

At the hotel you can also find a TV lounge, bar and a restaurant with delicious localised food and a panoramic view of the Vatnajökull glacier.

How to get there:
Coming from the East Fjords on road no. 1: Fosshótel Vatnajökull is located on road no. 1 about 8 km west of the town of Höfn and about 5 minutes drive after the airport of Höfn. The hotel is located on the left side of the road, two white buildings with a blue roof.

Coming from Skaftafell drive east on road no. 1 and Fosshótel Vatnajökull is located on road no. 1 about 8 km west of the town of Höfn. The hotel is located on the right side of the road, two white buildings with a blue roof.

You will see a Fosshótel sign and a Fosshótel flag by the road.
