Fludir Golf Course

Fludir golf course is one of the golf courses in Iceland which could be defined as a forest course. The golf course is located in the middle of South Iceland nearby the village Fludir, only 100 km. from the capital, Reykjavik. The course is placed on a farmland named “Efra-Sel” and is surrounded by trees which are placed along the fairways and on areas in between. The river “Litla-Laxá” plays a key role on some of the fairways. The course is relatively easy to walk. The Icelandic name for the golf course is “Selsvollur”.
