Írskra brunnur, (“Well of the Irishmen”) a well from the time of the settlement, in the fields near Gufuskálar, Írskra kirkja (“Church of the Irishmen”) ruins on the shore and Írskra búðir (“Irishmen’s booth”) ruins at the edge of the lava field.
How to get there:
Take road no. 574 from Hellissandur to the west. írskra brunnur is about 3 km from Hellissandur. There is a sign by the road.
