Accommodation with separate entrance on the upper floor of the farmhouse, 4 double rooms, 1 triple and 1 single room, all with shared bathroom. Also rooms with private facilities in separate units with private entrance. Situated by Lake Mývatn. Organised tours from Reykjahlíð to Askja, Ásbyrgi, Jökulsárgljúfur National Park and Dettifoss waterfall.

How to get there:
You are driving along road nr. 1 from Akureyri to Mývatn, and by the lake you look for a hotel with the name Sel-Hótel Mývatn. You drive along the lake and when you arrive Skútustaðir (the pseudo-craters) you first see Hótel Gígur on the left and then on a small hill on the right hand side, you see the farm Skútustaðir. This house is located beside Sel-Hótel Mývatn.
