About: (Description)
The spring has a round shape with 3.5 m in diameter. The depth is 0.7 m. There are no changing facilities but there is a shelter for horses, which is possible to use. The banks around the spring are laid with paving stones, gravel and grass. Approximately 15 people can bathe at the same time. The spring’s temperature is 34°C.
How to get there:
The spring is 79 km from main road no. 1 You drive along the west side of the ridge and turn west into the road F910. The last 4 km are only accessible for jeeps because there is no bridge across the river. The spring lies on the north/east side of Laugarfell
